Data Breach is any action leading to unauthorized access, disclosure or unlawful alteration and accidental destruction of Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed
To protect the privacy of Nigerian citizens as stipulated by Nigeria Data Protection Act, Visitor information in an organization must not be exposed else it will attract heavy penalty.
To get around the issue, we have developed an NDPA fully compliant Confidential Sign-in Book.
When visiting the premise, the visitor input their names in the blacked-out part, this makes the information unreadable and ensure privacy.
Authorized Personnel can see a full list of who has signed in, by separating the top blacked-out sheet from the duplicated under-sheet. The NCR under-sheet will show a list of who has signed in and out that day.
Each Sheet is made up of two sheets of Carbon Paper, so your text is transferred from the top page to the attached bottom sealed sheet
